Long-time client Tanner Luster called me up for a new assignment. The task at hand was to photograph an extensive renovation in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. I took a slightly different approach to my lighting, purposely letting the windows overexpose several stops. The reason was to emphasize the way the home harnessed natural light.
Thanks to Jeff Noble I was able to attend Creativa’s 2013 Speed Dating, where commercial photographers are paired with creative ad agency reps, to show off their work. I just to work again with talented designer, Sarah Loukota, who originally introduced me to the team at Vestar. This time the project was a bit smaller, but fun nonetheless. We photographed the new TenPoint5 Barre Studio in the heart of Tempe.

I worked with Realtor Kelly Judy of Mesa Verde Real Estate, to showcase this classic custom residence by Valley Architect, Will Bruder. It had a Frank Lloyd Wright influence to it, and was designed back in the ’80s.
