Mark Candelaria (Live)

Renown valley architect, Mark Candelaria (Candelaria Design Associates) hosted a Wine & Dine benefit in behalf of Xavier College Preparatory. Part of the evening included a terrific presentation by Mark, explaining the detailed process of design that he, and his team go through with each custom home they design. The event took place at one of his homes that is currently under construction, which looks to be another masterpiece in-the-making.

Colletti Kitchen & Bath

The spaces below are a result of the collaboration between Kimberly Colletti (Treken Interiors) and Kevin Mooney (Woodcrest Cabinetry). This stylish kitchen/bath combo was great fun to photograph, especially the kitchen with its bold primary color of red. Look for these shots in a two-page ad I designed for the Winter 2011 issue of Luxe.

Modern Space Heater

Interestingly, he didn’t ask for images of his custom wine cellars, but of a new space heater that he will be distributing. This new modern design is manufactured in Italy, but the product images are scarce so we photographed them in front of a lavish custom in Silverleaf.

The image below was re-touched to eliminate remnants of the industrial ceiling and company signage.
